Same thing happened to me at an atlanta flea market...walked in got a free roll at the game and won like 10 dollars. there were 9 balls that you threw into a box and they all landed in holes with numbers below. Then you added the numbers up and there was a sheet with how many points you scored. The object is to get 100 points. So i rolled again to try to win 40 dollars and it doubled up. So i had to pay 20 to roll again to try and win 100. I roll again and get 10 ponits and pay another 40 then i roll again and it doubled again i pay 50 to roll and when i win i get 200. This kept happening and before i knew it i lost 400 dollars i threw up in the parking lot i was so sick. The game was definently riged. I will never look at another one of those stuid games again...I feel so stupid for even trying and i dont even know how this happened really :( NEVER PLAY ANY OF THESE GAMES!!!!

I was taken at the casino in boca chika by a big dealer named dave, i knew this was a scam from the git go after the dealer counted the balls wrong over 5 times during the game and changed the rules. i wanted to quit but i had no choice but to continue for i was way to far into the game. after a loss of about 10,000 plus about 2,000 in extra fees i was sick. im going to my lawyer and im going to see what i can do. even if it means i have to go back down there. if Anyone has any info on how to resolve this please contact me!! Gambling: Many Americans have reported losing large amounts of money at Dominican casinos by playing a game (or variations thereof) known as “Super Keno,” “Caribbean Keno,” “Progressive Keno,” or “Progressive Roulette.” Players have complained that the game’s rules are unclear and/or misleading. Any complaints arising from a casino should be directed to the Office of Casinos at the Secretary of Finance. To register a complaint with this office, call 809-687-5131, ext. 2120.

I was taken in by this scam at the RIU Palace Macao. We lost a large amount of money. It is a complete fix. It is a disgrace that a place that calls itself a five star resort allows this to go on. Nobody at the hotel would return my call. The Corp headquaters of RIU denies ever having a complaint before. Stay away from RIU resorts and the thieves in the Domincan Republic.

Hey Matt who gave you the gospel to print. If you believe that info you may be dumber than you think. These people lie cheat and steal for a living. Most people just don't get it until it's to late. Most people aren't wired that way. These people are smooth and deceptive from the word go. Then, they change the rules and get more and more nasty. I will tell you who is also to blame along with the casinos are the Governments in these countries. And, additionally, Mastercard and Visa also have a decent amount of the blame. They have been aware of these scams for some time. All they would have to do is say three little words and this would be over. No More Money! But obviously the social conscience of big business doesn't necessarily involve taking care of the general public. Money money money rules the boardroom. I refuse to pay, not only for myself, but to make a point that may get noticed for future vacationers. I'll use the point they may understand " I'm not paying", it is not easy, the form letters from the credit card company are kind of cheesy but I have already started getting there attention and Have started getting perks from them. I don't know if I will get fully made whole but they have already started. I am not giving up!

I was in the same situation, here is exactly what happened, I lost over 15,000 within about 2 hours My vacation was wreked, when I returned home I did some looking around on the internet and read some interesting blogs about this roulette game,I was steaming mad. I wanted my money back! I called my lawyer about this and we did some investigating and went back down to the D.R with my lawyer and went to the gambling commission and found out a lot of stuff on this so called scam, its 100% legal and by us having our passports stamped we must obey all dominican laws, therefore we can do nothing. i told them so many people lost huge amounts of money and they looked in the records and showed my lawyer and I that this game is high stakes and gives out over 800,000 u.s.d in winners annually and profits around 2.1 million so this proves that it is not a scam and realistically this game could be legal in the U.S.A due to the amounts won V.S loss to the dominican gambling staff, if it where a scam it would be outlawed but since it has so much going out as well as in it goes with the laws, i still don't know if its a scam or not but regardless this game is horrible, and i hope several people go to websites before spending money at those tables, so my advice to you is don't waste any money or time trying to get your money back,i went the distance but got no ware, after my 2 flight tickets, room, lawyer, time ,i spent another 8,000 and got no satisfaction.
